What this tool does

Splits a long text into parts up to your Max chars limit.
Prefers splitting at sentence boundaries, then words, then individual characters if needed.
Counts length with emoji-aware grapheme length, and can treat URLs as 23 characters (like on Twitter) when enabled.
Optional counter before/after text, with parentheses and optional new line; blank lines can force a new part.
Optional continuation marker (→ or …) on non-final parts.
Optional per-part max override so individual parts can be shorter than the global max.
Per-part copy, copy-all, and JSON export.
All logic runs locally in your browser. No network calls.
